Introduction
PRIMA LIQUIDATOR Kft. was established in 2020. The Government published a tender for the registration to the list of liquidators in accordance with Section 27/A (2) of Act XLIX of 1991 on Bankruptcy Proceedings and Liquidation Proceedings and on Section 3 of Gov. Decree 114/2006 (V. 12.) on the List of Liquidators. Based on the decision of the Authority Managing the List of Liquidators, PRIMA LIQUIDATOR Kft. has been included in the new list of liquidators.
The company primarily performs liquidation, winding-up, property settlement and bankruptcy proceedings. Our activities also include crisis and asset management, as well as financial and economic consulting.
Our employees are highly experienced economists and professionals with a degree in economics and law, who take part in ongoing training, thus ensuring their up-to-date professional and intellectual preparedness.

Dear Creditors,

Please be informed that by downloading the documents in the table below, you can see the list of liquidation proceedings initiated on the basis of applications after 1 March 2012, for which we intend to initiate a simplified liquidation as per Section 63/B (1) of the Bankruptcy Act.

Pursuant to Section 63/B (1) of the Bankruptcy Act, should the debtor’s assets not be sufficient to cover the expected liquidation costs, or due to the deficiencies of records and accounting, the liquidation procedure is technically not feasible according to the general rules, the liquidator intends to submit a simplified liquidation application to the acting tribunal.

Pursuant to Section 63/B (1) of the Bankruptcy Act, if anyone has credible knowledge of the debtor's real estate or other assets (including claims and concessions, patents and similar rights), please notify the liquidator in writing within 15 days of the date of the call.
